Post workout

Just started using Edgebuild post workout and feel that I have more energy and focus going into my workouts and I have gained both in strength and cardio. The fruit punch flavor is great, it doesn't leave a wired after taste like most. Typically i mix this with 12 oz of water and ice, the Ice allowes the drink to get cold and mix well. Gives just the right amount of energy without the jitters. Also It's great at helping prevent muscle cramps. It is backed by 26g of science proven ingredents, made in a fda facility. Also is sugar free and artificial color free ! It is clinically proven to help build muscels.  It helps increase muscle strengh and power also. Maximizes muscle recovery. Okay so I got this Nutri Edge Intra-workout powder dietary supplement, in Fruit Punch flavor. It is also sugar free what is non-GMO it's gluten free and there's no artificial colors. It is an electrolyte replenishment. Nutraedge pre workout powder

Okay so I got this Nutri Edge pre-workout powder dietary supplement, in Fruit Punch flavor to try because I didn't like how my old pre-workout gave me the jitters. So I decided to try something me and let me tell you this is a very tasty fruit punch powder, it doesn't leave a chalky taste in your mouth and it does exactly as it says. You can feel the energy that gives you but it doesn't make you feel shaky and jittery like your Hart about come out your chest. Lavender essential oil

So I got this lavender essential oils and when it comes to relaxing and calming this oil does it for me! It smells amazing, allows you to relax and feel calm, and helps with stress! Great for little ones, put a drop or 2 on their pillow to help them sleep at night. Overall it just makes you feel peaceful! Lavender is my go to oil hands down. Light pink mocasines

 

I'm so in love with mocasines, that I'm starting to get a collection of them for my baby. These light pink shoes made by Pidoli are awesome. They are very well made, super durable. They make super cute everyday shoes. I love that they are a light pink and match almost everything a baby girl would wear. You can smell the true leather smell ! They are so easy to get on the child, they are made to last. I feel these shoes will last a good long time and they come with a little storage bag to keep them in when not being worn.
