I received a package the other day from Power Pack a foundation to help raise awareness of childhood arthritis as well as for in teens up through adult years. The bear i received has a removeable filling in it ( i guess rice maybe ) but you can either heat up the filling bag in the microwave or freeze it and put it back in the bear to help sooth your pain and have you rest easy. So far i love the bear and love the idea as a mother seeing her child rest easy from comfurt its great. When the kids aren't playing with it, my mother in law will hold it to help her with her inflamitory issues and her arthritis. I love seeing my family happy and not in pain.
